Generate Form 4 (Used Car Price & Data Sheet)

The problem

Every used vehicle sale in Victoria requires a completed Form 4 — the used car price and data sheet. It documents the vehicle details, purchase price, seller information, and buyer information for Consumer Affairs Victoria records.

Victorian requirements
